Mandatory training and certifications are facilitated by Van Tunen and are included in the training matrix. Other development and in-depth training courses aimed at professional growth (for example technology, machine training, administrative or commercial skills), digital skills and personal development and collaboration can also be facilitated. We provide the required training as standard and we are also always working on developing people. We recently started to breathe life into VT Academy, but this is still in its infancy.
